OUR POLICY
Content Delivery
All content is a minimum of 24-48 hours delivery & up to 72 hours to a week.
Exceptions are made when there are special requests that require more time.
Clients have 30 days to download content on drive.
Disposable Camera pictures take up to 3-4 weeks for development.
Camera development company sometimes cause delay extending the delivery time of the disposable camera photos.
Additional Hours Add-Ons
An additional $150/hour for additional hours added to the schedule.
Additional time is added in hour increments.
Content & Society hours begin 11AM and end no later than 11PM
Preparations
A one one one meeting with clients happen 2 weeks prior to wedding to go over wedding itinerary.
Refunds + Cancellations
Refunds and Cancellations requests must be submitted 30 days prior to event.
Cancellations submitted on or after the 30 day mark before the event will not be refunded
